Good to know: Alcohol-free (0.0% ABV). Organic, vegan, low-sugar. Made by Kally (SomethingElse, Inc.), founded in 2022 by Katie and Scott Mitic in Half Moon Bay, California. A husband-and-wife family operation. Verjus-based (unfermented grape juice) — not dealcoholized — which is why the flavor reads brighter and more fruit-forward than typical AF sparkling wines.

How to enjoy: Serve well-chilled in a flute. Pairs with cheese plates, salmon, strawberry desserts, or a summer afternoon. Also excellent as a mocktail base with fresh citrus and herbs.

Swizzle's Take: Verjus is the move here — Kally built their wine alternative on unfermented grape juice rather than dealcoholization, and the result tastes brighter than either.
