What's inside:

  • Spiritless Kentucky 74 (alcohol free whiskey, 750ml)
  • Tenneyson Black Ginger (botanical spirit, 750ml)
  • Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup (12 oz)
  • All the Bitter Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters (2 oz)

Recipe: Keep spirits chilled. Pour 1½ oz Kentucky 74 and 1 oz Tenneyson Black Ginger directly into a rocks glass. Add ¼ oz ginger syrup, 5 dashes bitters, and ice (one large cube). Stir 10-15 seconds. Garnish with a lemon twist. Recipe from All the Bitter.

Why this works: Alcohol-free whiskeys are too thin to sip neat or in spirit-forward cocktails. The split base (Kentucky 74 + Tenneyson) creates the depth and texture a single spirit can't achieve.
