About Tomorrow Cellars

Tomorrow Cellars launched in 2024, built by Tracy Sweeney (wine industry veteran) and her Napa Valley neighbors David and Jen Risher. Their approach is radically simple: make exceptional California wine first, then gently remove the alcohol via vacuum distillation and spinning cone — preserving the structure, aroma, and finish of the original. Premium NA wine, real fruit, real terroir.
