Free Spirits builds their Spirit of Gin from European juniper and other authentic botanical distillates via 'Distillate Reconstruction.' B-vitamins and capsaicin replace the role alcohol would play — flavor and mouthfeel without the ethanol.
Key ingredients: Water, natural flavors (juniper, cardamom, coriander, citrus), sugar, salt, phosphoric acid, citric acid, capsaicin, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, B-vitamins (B3, B6, B12), taurine.
