Classic Belgian blonde character — light malt sweetness, a fruity apple-and-pear lift, and a clean hoppy bitterness on the finish. Drinks like the real thing because it's brewed like the real thing, just stopped short.
Style: Non-Alcoholic Belgian Blonde Ale
Malt: Barley malt
Hops: Hops
ABV: 0.3%
Key ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast.
Good to know: Vegan. Brewed at Brouwerij Huyghe, a Belgian family brewery, as the alcohol-free counterpart to Delirium's classic line. Recently became one of the first Belgian beers brewed with carbon-negative malt. At 0.3% ABV, this is under the alcohol-free threshold but not literally zero.
How to enjoy: Serve chilled in a proper Belgian glass if you have one.
Swizzle's Take: Delirio is what we pour for the beer purist who's skeptical — same brewery, same process, just dialed back to 0.3%.
