Only 5 in stock

Green apple and citrus zest with a toasty, brioche-like complexity that you expect from real méthode traditionnelle wine — not from dealcoholized juice. Fine bubbles, crisp acid, a genuinely dry finish.

Region: Grapes from La Mancha, Spain — finished in Rheinhessen, Germany
Grapes: 75% Chardonnay, 25% Silvaner
Sweetness: 1 – Very Dry (only 2.8g residual sugar)
Body: Light

Key ingredients: Chardonnay, Silvaner (grape must), water, carbon dioxide (natural fermentation). Twice-fermented per traditional Champagne method. Contains sulfites.

Good to know: <0.5% ABV. Vegan and low-calorie. Bolle was founded by Roberto Vanin in London, drawing on his family's tradition in Treviso, Italy — the name means "bubbles" in Italian. Unlike dealcoholized wines, Bolle uses a patent-pending twice-fermentation process (same approach as traditional Champagne) to build real wine structure without the alcohol. Contains sulfites.

How to enjoy: Chill to 42-46°F. Serve in a flute or white wine glass. Pairs with appetizers, cheese plates, sushi, and brunch. Works as a Mimosa base with fresh orange juice.

Swizzle's Take: Almost every AF sparkling we've tried is sweetened juice — Bolle is the one that actually tastes like real wine finished twice, because that's what it is.
