Amethyst is made at Burnt Church Distillery in South Carolina's Lowcountry by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — a craft whiskey operation that expanded into alcohol free botanical spirits. This flavor is their most savory, built for vodka-style and gin-style drinks.

Key ingredients: Water, natural botanical distillates, natural extracts, vegetable glycerin (soy), citric acid, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). 750 mL bottle, 17 servings per container at 1.5 fl oz each.

Good to know: Alcohol-free (0.0% ABV). Sugar-free and gluten-free. Contains soy (in the vegetable glycerin — not recommended for soy-allergic drinkers). Made at Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton, South Carolina by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — a family-owned craft distillery with a whiskey background.

How to enjoy: Build a cucumber-serrano margarita: 2 oz Amethyst, 0.75 oz lime, 0.5 oz agave, salt-and-chili rim. Also works over ice with tonic for a dry, peppery highball.
