Kava

Kava is a root from the South Pacific with centuries of use behind it — and a feeling that's hard to describe until you've tried it. Relaxed. Present. Socially at ease. No alcohol, no hangover, no fog the next morning.

We carry a curated selection of alcohol-free kava drinks in Fort Wayne — canned and bottled, sparkling and still, light and strong. Whether you're kava-curious or already know what you're looking for, there's something here worth trying.

New to kava? Start with one serving and see how your body responds. Some people feel it right away; others need a few sessions.

A few things to know before you try kava:

• Not recommended if you're pregnant, nursing, or have liver concerns — check with your doctor first.
• Avoid mixing with alcohol or medications that affect the central nervous system.
• Kava may cause drowsiness. (Tends to happen if you drink it repeatedly in one day.) Don't drive until you know how it affects you.
