Founded in London by Amanda Thomson, the alcohol-free arm of Thomson & Scott. Worth knowing before you pour: at 25 g/L this measures semi-sweet on our five-level scale. Bright acidity makes it read drier than the figure suggests, and the figure is still the figure.
How to enjoy: Serve well chilled in a wine glass, the proper one. Pairs naturally with food: cheese boards, light pasta, grilled fish, takeout night. Refrigerate after opening; finish within three days.
