4" diameter smoking saucer that fits standard rocks glasses, coupes, and Glencairn glasses. Includes three Signature Infused Wood Chip varieties (4 oz each):
- Cognac & Cherry ― fruity, sweet, light smoke
- Rum & Maple ― smooth, molasses-forward, light smoke
- Bourbon & Oak ― vanilla, nutty, medium smoke
Good to know
Torch not included — a standard culinary torch works. Wood chips are infused with spirits during production, which burns off completely — the result is flavor, not alcohol. 100% compostable and recyclable. Handmade in North America.
How to use
Add a small pinch of wood chips to the saucer. Rest it on top of your glass. Apply torch flame until chips ignite and smoke begins to rise. Let smoke fill the glass for 15–20 seconds, then remove the saucer and add your drink. Bourbon & Oak pairs naturally with an AF whiskey old fashioned; Cognac & Cherry shines over a sparkling NA wine; Rum & Maple works beautifully with a tropical mocktail or Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit.
