15" × 6" compact smoking board. Handmade from sustainable lumber. Smokes up to 5 glasses simultaneously. Uses SWS Signature Five woods — cherry (fruity & sweet), hickory (spicy tobacco), maple (smooth molasses), oak (vanilla nuttiness), walnut (earthy charcoal). Lifespan: up to 1,500 cocktails.
Good to know
Torch not included — a standard culinary torch works perfectly. Wood chips sold separately. Board is 100% compostable and recyclable at end of life. Designed for home bar use and small spaces.
How to use
Place glasses upside-down on the board. Add a pinch of wood chips to the smoking chamber. Apply torch flame until chips ignite and smoke builds. Lift glasses and pour your cocktail into the smoked vessel. Works beautifully with AF whiskey alternatives like Lyre's American Malt, Monday Whiskey, or Spiritless Kentucky 74 — the smoke adds the depth that missing ethanol might not.
