The Recipe
Pour 1½ oz Monday Gin, 1¼ oz Spirit of Milano, ½ oz Roots Divino Rosso, 5 dashes Aromatic Bitters, and 3 dashes Orange Cardamom Bitters into a chilled rocks glass. Add ice (one large cube preferred) and stir for 10–15 seconds. Express orange peel oils over the drink and drop in.
