The Recipe
Muddle 2 sprigs of thyme with ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, and 3 dashes Orange Cardamom Bitters in a shaker. Add 1½ oz Spirit of Milano, 1 oz Roots Divino Rosso, and ice — shake hard for 6–8 seconds. Fine strain into a frozen coupe and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
