Fresh cucumber layered over Fever-Tree's classic quinine backbone — clean, dry, slightly savory, with a cooling finish. The tonic that actually tastes like cucumber, not cucumber candy.

Fever-Tree uses quinine sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo's fever tree bark — the original bitter that gives tonic its structure. This variant adds cold-pressed cucumber juice to the classic formulation.

Key ingredients: Spring water, cane sugar, citric acid, natural quinine, natural cucumber flavor, cucumber juice.

Good to know: Alcohol-free (0.0% ABV). Vegan. Made by Fever-Tree, founded in London in 2004 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow. The premium mixer that helped define the category.

How to enjoy: Chill well. Pour over ice with 1.5 oz AF gin alternative (Seedlip Garden is a natural match) for a Cucumber G&T. Also drinks well solo with a wedge of lime.

Swizzle's Take: The cucumber here is real — it's not a scent sprayed on at the end. That's why this one works where cheaper cucumber tonics taste like a spa soap.
