Blackcurrant and cherry up front, with blueberry and a whisper of chocolate layered underneath. Dry finish, oak-aged tannin structure that still reads like a real Cabernet — not like someone pulled the alcohol out and called it a day.

Region: California Central Coast (Monterey County and Paso Robles)
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Sweetness: 2 – Dry
Body: Medium

Key ingredients: Purified water, dealcoholized wine, grape juice concentrate, natural fruit juice concentrate, potassium metabisulfite (contains sulfites), natural flavors. Grapes sourced from J. Lohr's sustainably farmed estate vineyards.

Good to know: Dealcoholized (<0.5% ABV) using the spinning cone column technique — a low-temperature process that preserves aromatic compounds before removing alcohol, then adds the wine essences back into the base. Made by Ariel Vineyards, owned by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. Red oak aged. Contains sulfites.

How to enjoy: Serve slightly below room temperature in a red wine glass. Pairs with grilled meats, mushroom risotto, aged cheese, or dark chocolate. Decant for 15 minutes if you want the nose to fully open up.

Swizzle's Take: The oak aging is what separates this from other alcohol-removed reds — it actually has structure to hang onto when you're pairing with food.
