Sovi makes non-alcoholic wine the way it should be made — starting with intentionally selected wine grapes, not generic juice. Julia and Alex, a husband-and-wife team from California's wine country, built Sovi around a single question: what if the grapes were chosen specifically because they'd dealcoholize well? The answer is three wines that actually taste like wine.

All three varieties come from Heringer Estates Vineyards in the Clarksburg AVA — a multi-generational family farm in the Sacramento River Delta with sustainably certified, organically farmed, herbicide-free vines. The alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation, which keeps fermentation temperatures low and aromatics intact.

Sparkling White (Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat Canelli): Yellow apple, white peach, lemon oil. Crisp and floral with a rounded, orchard-fruit core. 25 cal per can.

Sparkling Rosé (Pinot Noir, Tempranillo): Wild strawberry, watermelon, hibiscus. Delicate and red-fruit forward with a savory edge. 25 cal per can.

The Free Spirited Red Blend (Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Merlot): Black plum, boysenberry, violet. Juicy and fruit-forward with subtle spice and a smooth finish. 25 cal per can.

Key ingredients: Dealcoholized wine (certified sustainably grown grapes, Clarksburg AVA), organic grape juice concentrate. Contains sulfites.

Good to know: Less than 0.5% ABV. 25 calories per can. Vegan, Non-GMO, and gluten-free. Grapes are organically farmed. Each variety comes as a 4-pack of 250 mL cans.

How to enjoy: Serve chilled. The Sparkling White and Rosé are beautiful in a white wine glass over dinner or with a cheese spread. The Red Blend pairs well with heartier dishes — pasta, grilled vegetables, a charcuterie board. Pour like wine, feel like wine.

Swizzle's Take: Sovi is the answer when someone asks for a non-alcoholic wine that actually tastes like wine. The Clarksburg AVA grapes make a difference you can taste — this isn't grape juice with bubbles.
