The Espresso Martini was invented in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell for a model who wanted something to "wake me up, and f*** me up." This version skips the vodka for something more interesting — Kentucky 74 for oak and warmth, The Pathfinder for earthy botanical depth and herbal complexity. The result is richer and more layered than the original, with coffee doing the heavy lifting it was always meant to do. Coffee & Cherry bitters deepen the roast, add a hint of dark fruit, and keep it from tipping sweet.
You bring the cold brew. We've got everything else.
What's inside:
- Spiritless Kentucky 74 (alcohol-free whiskey, 750ml)
- The Pathfinder Hemp & Root (alcohol-free botanical spirit, 700ml)
- All the Bitter Coffee & Cherry Bitters (2 oz)
Recipe: Combine 2 oz cold brew concentrate (or chilled espresso), 1 oz Kentucky 74, 1 oz The Pathfinder, and 5 dashes Coffee & Cherry bitters in a shaker. Dry shake without ice for 20 seconds to build foam. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans. Add ¼ oz sweetener to taste — maple syrup or simple syrup both work. Recipe from All The Bitter.
Why this works: Vodka is neutral by design — it lets espresso carry the drink. Whiskey and amaro don't step aside. Kentucky 74's oak and The Pathfinder's botanical bite give the coffee something to push against, creating a back-and-forth that makes this worth sipping slowly. The dry shake builds the foam that makes an Espresso Martini feel like a real cocktail.

Note: The Pathfinder is hemp-derived and contains less than 0.5% ABV. It contains no THC or CBD. Coffee & Cherry bitters use organic decaf coffee — caffeine content is negligible. All products in this bundle are allergen-free.
