Built for a Sazerac mocktail. Cherry and hibiscus do what Peychaud's does in a traditional build; anise and fennel bring the licorice backbone. If you're making any New Orleans–style zero-proof cocktail, start with this.
Key ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, purified water, apple cider vinegar, tart cherry, hibiscus flower, rosehips, gentian root, milk thistle seed, dandelion root, burdock root, ginger root, anise, fennel, allspice (organic or wild harvested)
Good to know: 0.0% ABV. Vegan, gluten-free, and made from whole organic plants — no extracts, artificial flavors, or added colors. Handmade in small batches in Chico, California by Carly and Ian (former French Laundry sommeliers) over a twelve-week steep — roughly two to three times the botanical load of traditional alcoholic bitters. The brand is a 1% for the Planet member and ships carbon neutral.
How to enjoy: Five to seven dashes in a Sazerac-style zero-proof drink. Or dash into sparkling water with a lemon twist for a pink, lightly spiced refresher.
