This refreshing, non-alcoholic white wine blend is crafted from a blend of 85% Marsanne and 15% Viognier grapes. Our source vineyards are sustainably farmed in the Mokelumne River AVA located in Southwestern Lodi, California. The soil in the area is alluvial fan deposits of sand and loam. The wine was fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, fresh mouthfeel. The alcohol was gently removed using vacuum distillation technology, preserving the aromas and flavors. Natural essences complement the blend, delivering an NA wine of exceptional quality and taste.
